Shipping policy

At Million Feeds, we deliver fresh, quality animal feed straight to farms and customers across Bahrain. Here's everything you need to know about how delivery works.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain. We do not ship outside Bahrain at this time.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your payment is confirmed:

  • Orders up to 40kg: same-day or next-day delivery.
  • Orders above 40kg: delivered within 1–3 days.

Please note that all timeframes are estimates. While we work hard to deliver on schedule, delivery times may occasionally be affected by order size, stock, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If we expect any delay with your order, we'll contact you.

Delivery charges

We are currently offering free delivery across Bahrain as an introductory offer. This promotion applies to all orders during the offer period and may be changed or ended at any time. Any applicable delivery charges will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order processing & payment

Orders are processed only after payment has been received and confirmed via BenefitPay. Please make sure to complete your transfer and send us your payment confirmation promptly, as your delivery timeframe begins once payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Collection / pickup

If you'd prefer to collect your order directly, pickup is available from our location. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and that the delivery details you provide are accurate and complete. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@millionfeeds.com so we can make it right. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy [LINK].
